ShinyStat (Shinystat S.r.l.)

ShinyStat is a web analytics service provided by Shinystat S.r.l. (Via Gaetano de Castillia, 23 - 20124 Milan, Italy) that allows this Website to analyze the usage data of the site.

💬 Interaction with the user (Virtual Assistant)

"AeP" Chatbot - Virtual Assistant (internal service)

This website includes a virtual assistant called "AeP" that allows the user to ask questions through a free text field or predefined buttons. The service is managed entirely client-side (within the user's browser) through a local JavaScript file.

Personal Data processed: NONE. The chatbot does not collect, store, or transmit any user's personal data to external servers.

How it works: Responses are generated automatically through a keyword matching system with predefined answers, contained within the local JavaScript file. Text entered by the user is used exclusively locally to provide an immediate response and is not stored in any way. When the page is closed, all conversation data is deleted from the browser's memory.

Legal basis: execution of the service requested by the user (Art. 6, par. 1, lett. b) of the GDPR).

Notice: Users are nevertheless advised not to enter personal or sensitive data in the chat text field.
